COVID-19 Updates

These are our current office policies, they may change at any time. We appreciate your patience.. Please check back regularly to see if they have been updated

February 23rd 2022

  • We have an updated consent form that all in-person clients need to complete electronically. Your therapist will send you a link via email before your first appointment
  • Due to the time constraint it is important to be no more than 5 minutes late to your appointment.
  • We also ask that you do not come more than 5 minutes early to your appointment. We are hoping to limit clients passing in the waiting room.
  • We offer hand sanitizer in the waiting room. We also encourage clients visiting the bathroom across the hall and washing your hands before entering.

Masks

  • For now we are not requiring clients to wear masks to session. We recognize that therapy is already uncomfortable and we strive for our clients to be as comfortable as possible. We also recognize that facial expressions lead to connection and understanding that is important to the therapy process. We have taken steps to ensure that the seating arrangements allow more than 6 ft of space between the therapist and the clients.  All therapists will have cloth masks on hand and are more than happy to wear one if the client requests.  Clients are welcome to wear masks if they would like, but must bring their own. If you start session in a mask and change your mind or half way through the session decide it would be more comfortable to wear one, we are happy to accommodate.

PLEASE CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:

  • Reschedule if you have experienced any of the following symptoms in the last week:
    • Fever
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath/ trouble breathing
    • Persistent pain, pressure or tightness in your chest
    • If you or anyone in your house has tested positive or been diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 2 weeks.
  • We are waving all late cancellation fees at this time. Please make the choice that is the safest for you, your family, our providers, and other clients.

If you attend session in person and decide that you would prefer not to come into the office, all of our providers are providing telehealth services. Talk to us and we can explore what that would look like for you.
