I am so proud to join the talented therapists at Cedar Rapids Relationship Center as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my undergraduate degree from Coe College and my graduate degree from Mount Mercy University. Through my studies and work in the mental health field, I have developed a firm understanding of the importance and impact of relationships on everyday life. In my work with individuals, couples, and families, I bring a compassionate and sincere perspective as I support clients movement towards their goals.

In my personal life, I enjoy weekends camping (in all reality “glamping”), tubing, and relaxing by the fire. I am a travel, architecture, and cooking show junkie, and have added a love of competition barbeque shows to the watch list. We added a new barbeque smoker to the family recently, bringing reality TV to real life. I have enjoyed trying my hand at chicken, ribs, and brisket, which has been a tasty treat, although it is not competition worthy… yet!
